aged 'stone' urns with moss balls

i. take 6 black plastic urns ii. paint all over in matt dark grey emulsion

iii. pick out highlights in light grey iv. dab light grey all over with a sponge

 v. take 6 hanging basket inners vi. cover in moss using pins to secure

  vii. push the moss balls into the urns

viii. add ivy or fairy lights depending on your event...

et voila!

{ Appleby & Settle }

on my way back from Carlisle visiting a friend and her lovely new baby, I took the famous Carlisle to Settle line.  I stopped off at Appleby, a beautiful little village, and then had a lovely time in Settle...
